應用范圍Application scope

高速(su)分(fen)散(san)機(ji)適用于兩種(zhong)或多種(zhong)液體(ti)和(he)粉(fen)體(ti)狀(zhuang)物(wu)料進行攪拌、溶解和(he)分(fen)散(san)。可以單獨適用生(sheng)產，也可以配(pei)套各種(zhong)砂磨機(ji)連(lian)續生(sheng)產。通(tong)(tong)過分(fen)散(san)盤(pan)的(de)高速(su)運(yun)轉，使(shi)物(wu)料呈環狀(zhuang)流，產生(sheng)強旋渦，呈螺旋狀(zhuang)下(xia)降(jiang)到渦流底部。粒子(zi)間產生(sheng)強烈的(de)剪切(qie)撞(zhuang)擊與磨擦(ca)，達到迅速(su)分(fen)散(san)、溶解、均(jun)勻混合的(de)功能(neng)。通(tong)(tong)過控制油(you)泵(beng)工(gong)作帶動液壓機(ji)架升(sheng)降(jiang)，液壓機(ji)架帶動整(zheng)個傳(chuan)動機(ji)構和(he)工(gong)作組升(sheng)降(jiang)。
