高速分散機(ji)適用(yong)于兩種(zhong)或(huo)多(duo)種(zhong)液(ye)體和(he)粉體狀(zhuang)物(wu)料進行(xing)攪拌(ban)、溶解和(he)分散。可(ke)以(yi)單獨(du)適用(yong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)，也可(ke)以(yi)配套(tao)各種(zhong)砂磨(mo)機(ji)連續生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。通(tong)過分散盤的(de)高速運轉，使(shi)物(wu)料呈環狀(zhuang)流，產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)強旋(xuan)渦，呈螺旋(xuan)狀(zhuang)下降(jiang)到(dao)渦流底(di)部(bu)。粒(li)子間產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)強烈的(de)剪切撞擊與磨(mo)擦，達(da)到(dao)迅(xun)速分散、溶解、均勻混合的(de)功能。通(tong)過控制油泵(beng)工(gong)作(zuo)帶動(dong)液(ye)壓機(ji)架(jia)升降(jiang)，液(ye)壓機(ji)架(jia)帶動(dong)整個傳動(dong)機(ji)構(gou)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)組升降(jiang)。
